Auto Switches
Many applications utilizing precision Frequency References have extremely stringent requirements for system uptime. In order to meet these requirements, systems will typically have designed in redundancy, so no single point of failure can cause the overall system to fail.
In order to provide this capability for Precision Frequency References, Valpey Fisher has a series of Auto Switch products, from simple level detection to highly sophisticated sensing capability, ultra fast switching options and full Ethernet connectivity to provide remote monitoring control and integration with SNMP management systems. Multi-channel input capability is also available.
A unique feature is the ability to switch input pairs of RF and Pulse signals. The Precise Fequency Reference is used in conjunction with a precise timing pulse for synchronization (usually 1 PPS).
