The National Quality Assurance (NQA), U.S.A., an accredited organization under the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board, has assessed and approved CTS (NYSE: CTS) for certification. The standard specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization:
- needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Certificate of Registration by NQA certifies that the Quality Management System of CTS fully complies with the requirements of “NQA audits our Quality Management Systems annually with a full recertification every three years,” says Matt Garvey, Quality Assurance Manager at CTS. Mr. Garvey has over 25 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry and is an ASQ-Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (ASQ-CMQ/OE).
